Shipping policy
Briller is committed to delivering all orders in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer during checkout. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the package during normal business hours.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
Briller delivers worldwide.
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (PDT).
For security reasons, Briller does not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or addresses where the recipient cannot be identified. -
SHIPPING COSTS
Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
Express Shipping within the U.S. is available for an additional $20.00.
Express Shipping for Canada and the U.K. is available for an additional $50.00.
Orders over $800 qualify for free Express delivery.
Shipping rates for other international destinations will vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout. -
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (PDT).
Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, limited releases, or promotional periods.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. -
SHIPPING TIMES
U.S. Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, and Express shipping 1–2 business days.
Canada & U.K. Orders: Delivery times vary depending on customs and local courier processing.
Other International Orders: Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier, and will be displayed at checkout. -
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please track your shipment using the provided link.
Briller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance. -
DELAYS
Briller is not responsible for delays caused by natural events, uncontrollable circumstances, or carrier issues.
Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. -
CUSTOMS & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country’s import regulations.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies prior to purchase. -
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery. -
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Briller is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us for this reason, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipment or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Please double-check your address before completing checkout. -
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We recommend providing a secure delivery location, such as your home or workplace.
Briller is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to an unsecured address. -
SHIPPING COMPLETION
A shipment is considered delivered once the courier’s tracking system marks it as “delivered” or “completed.”
At this point, responsibility transfers to the customer. -
