Shipping and returns

Delivery times?

All orders placed Mon - Fri by 2:0PM (PDT) will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2:00PM (PDT) will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays will ship out the next business day.

How much will shipping cost?

Briller offers free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer next day delivery for $30, Items above $800 get free next day delivery.

How do I return my product?

Materials and care

Is Briller using real gold?

Yes. Briller only offers 14K, or 18K solid gold. Never plated or filled.

Are Briller Diamonds conflict-free?

Yes. Briller only uses diamonds sourced from countries that are full participants in the Kimberley Process.

How do I clean my Briller jewelry?

The best way to clean your Briller jewelry is to use lukewarm water, a dish detergent with no additives and the Briller cleaning cloth that won’t leave fabric particles behind.

Warranty and repairs

Do you have warranty?

Yes. Briller stands behind the craftsmanship and the quality of our jewelry and offers a free Lifetime manufacturing warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Briller will cover any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for life. 

Briller will either repair or replace the warrantied item without charge. Replacements are considered a one time courtesy.
