Briller offers free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. We also offer Express shipping for an additional cost of $15.00. Orders over $800 qualify for free Express delivery.
Shipping rates and delivery times for other countries may vary depending on location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. This includes expedited and express shipping services. Refunds apply only to eligible merchandise returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
Standard Shipping – Free
Free for all orders within the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
Orders placed by 2 PM PDT, Monday–Friday, are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping – $15
Free for all orders $800 and above.
Orders placed by 2 PM PDT, Monday–Friday, are delivered within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday when placed by the cutoff time, or the following business day if placed after. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our warehouse.

Exchanges & Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging.
During the holiday season, orders placed between November 3rd and December 15th are covered by our Extended Holiday Return Policy, allowing returns or exchanges until January 15th.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and express shipping services are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless received defective.
