Shipping & Delivery

How do I return my order?

Are there any shipping costs?

Briller offers free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. We also offer Express shipping for an additional cost of $30.00. Orders over $800 qualify for free Express delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery times for other countries may vary depending on location.

What are the shipping options available?

Standard Shipping – Free

Free for all orders within the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

Orders placed by 2 PM PDT, Monday–Friday, are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping – $30

Free for all orders $800 and above.

Orders placed by 2 PM PDT, Monday–Friday, are delivered within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped via UPS Monday through Friday when placed by the cutoff time, or the following business day if placed after. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our warehouse.

Shipping times and rates for other countries may vary depending on location.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number Via Email.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Within the U.S., Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, while Express shipping delivers within 1–2 business days.

For Canada, the U.K., and other international destinations, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier processing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Exchanges & Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging.

During the holiday season, orders placed between November 3rd and December 15th are covered by our Extended Holiday Return Policy, allowing returns or exchanges until January 15th.

Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless received defective.

Yes — every Briller purchase includes a complimentary 2-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. It ensures that your jewelry will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Does the warranty cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear?

No, warranty does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear. These issues are generally not considered manufacturing defects and may be addressed through jewelry maintenance or repair services.

Making a warranty claim
