Briller cannot ship to PO boxes. Orders to PO boxes are subject to cancellation.

We also offer express shipping at an additional cost.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes. Briller offers free worldwide shipping.
Materials and care
Is Briller using real gold?
Yes. Briller only offers 14K, or 18K solid gold. Never plated or filled.
Are Briller Diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Briller only uses diamonds sourced from countries that are full participants in the Kimberley Process.
How do I clean my Briller jewelry?
The best way to clean your Briller jewelry is to use lukewarm water, a dish detergent with no additives and the Briller cleaning cloth that won’t leave fabric particles behind.
Warranty and repairs
Do you have warranty?
Yes. Briller stands behind the craftsmanship and the quality of our jewelry and offers a free 1 year manufacturing warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Briller will cover any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Briller will either repair or replace the warrantied item without charge. Replacements are considered a one time courtesy.
